Attendees: Information Engineering Technology (Tuesday, Sept 29) & Electrical Electronics Engineering Technology Programs (Wednesday, Sept 30). The program teams may invite other interested units, who can be representatives from other ABET-targeted programs learning about the ABET accreditation process.
Expected Outcomes: This session continues to provide feedback for leadership and program accreditation teams towards effective and efficient accreditation preparations. ASU RO office staff will review program team progress reports on implementation of program improvements based on ABET experts’ comments/feedback last June and provide additional recommendations on implementation of quality systems. Opportunity for programs to raise specific issues related to their current state of ABET accreditation preparations will be provided. Focused review of preparation milestone accomplishments will be done. Outcome will be improved progress and readiness and preparation for ABET Readiness Review in October and ABET expert follow-up consultation visit in March 2021.
