Overview: BUILD-IT and Oracle Academy would like to offer Can Tho University a unique faculty development experience; The Oracle Cloud Academy Coaching Program. This coaching experience will prepare CTU faculty to leverage Oracle’s Cloud Academy Learning Management System in their current courses. Starting in September 2020, CTU intends to teach over 500 students in Oracle technologies PLSQL, SQL, and APEX. In order to pivot to online lesson delivery, track students’ live progress, keep industry curated curriculum on the cloud, and build resilience in an era of social distancing. CTU has welcome Oracle Academy’s technical Trainer to advise them to use the Oracle Member Hub LMS to teach their Database and Database Management Courses. The coaching program will see four coaching sessions guiding faculty to develop, test, and further integrate the Oracle Member Hub into their courses. The all online program will conclude with a virtual sharing session at the end of the semester with Can Tho University faculty sharing their now cloud-based curriculum with their peers across BUILD-IT.
