Webinar 1: Charter Design and the Value of Values

In this session, participants will learn critical elements of a charter and also learn how values drive the charter. This session will support participants in the Charter Design session in Vietnam by:

○     Identifying critical elements and best practices of charter design through the Charter Design Framework.
○     Understanding the strategic purpose of values and to begin connecting their strategic plan to specific values for the charter.
