Expected Outcomes:  New Mentor Training workshop is designed to present best practices for new mentors based on the process-expert/content-expert mentor approaches. Beginning with an overview of mentor learning objectives and moving into participant-centered learning activities, three topics – meeting your mentees, developing one’s personal mentor style, and setting standards and expectations – are explored. The workshops employ a methodology of engagement and accountability, ensuring participants were able to demonstrate the learning outcomes.
