Expected Outcomes:  During this 30-minute session, participants will present on their advanced Charter/Values draft and their Activation plan.  As outcomes of the review, teams will: 

  • Synthesize feedback into further revisions. 
  • Address additional areas of institutional need, if any, to support activation and cascading of charter and plan. 

KPI: Directly supports Core Activity 1; KPI 1, 3, 7, 10, 12

Session Agenda/Timeline: 

  • 1 minute: ASU Team gives opening remarks before turning over presentation time to institution. 
  • 12 minutes: Presentation by institution. Timeline may include: 
    2-3 minutes: Charter and Core Values overview.
    5-6 minutes: Activation Plan overview
    2 minutes: Review of questions for experts
    1 minute: closing comments.
  • 15 minutes: Expert response to questions; sharing of feedback
  • 2 minutes: Closing from ASU; next steps.
