This event brings together experienced EPICS faculty from BUILD-IT partner universities to engage in collaborative discussions focusing on incorporating EPICS into university courses. The outcome of this retreat is the exploration and roadmap of the creation of a fully integrated global instructional plan of how teaching duties for a semester EPICS course can be implemented and distributed. The discussions and workshops conducted during this mini-retreat allows for the sharing of successes and challenges of past EPICS experiences, as well as analyzing the logistics of building a semester-long EPICS course. The results of this retreat will lead to a showcase in late Spring 2023.
