Creating and Maintaining a Culture of Quality Improvement Workshop, Hanoi

Programs that have or are seeking AUN-QA evaluation need to implement and maintain a culture of quality improvement. Characteristics of such a culture and guidance on how to respond to assessor’s comments or self-evaluation of weaknesses related to program or institutional quality systems are the topics of this workshop. Examples from Vietnamese AUN-QA evaluations will be utilized.

Attendees: This workshop should be attended by academic leadership, program leadership, program accreditation teams from MOUs. Attendees are responsible for handling their own transportation and accommodations.
